Find out how you can help WACL mark its 100th year

Women in Advertising & Communications Leadership (WACL) is calling for support from the industry to help showcase its invaluable work

Founded in 1923, WACL has championed gender equality in advertising and communications over the past 100 years. To mark its centenary year, the organisation will be reflecting on pivotal moments in its history, as well as looking to the future with a media campaign to ensure better representation of women in advertising.

The primary objective of this campaign - which will coincide with a TV documentary about WACL - is to raise awareness of the body and generate £1 million of funds to invest in developing future female leadership talent.

However, as a not-for-profit, WACL doesn’t have a marketing budget and so is asking for support from the industry to bring the campaign to life. It is working with Wavemaker to secure digital inventory (standard display/mobile and video) to go live at the end of April/start of May 2023.

If you are able to donate any inventory to ensure that WACL can showcase and celebrate its invaluable work, please contact Tom du Luart, Client Lead at Wavemaker.
