Overview

To promote its 'Big Better Suzuki' Event, Town & Country Cars worked with Reach Solutions on a multi-channel campaign covering digital display, social media, Reach’s InYourArea ad platform and print. The goal was to drive footfall and enquiries for its inventory of new and used Suzuki models. 

Campaign assets included homepage takeovers, a full-page print ad in the Surrey Advertiser, and a social carousel targeting local audiences aged 30+ across Facebook and Instagram.

“The brand awareness provided with the social carousel post, online takeover, print advert and InYourArea advert was incredible. On the social carousel post alone, an engagement rate of roughly 9.75% (866 actions, including clicks) against an overall reach of 88,807, helped us to generate lots of hype and interest around our dealership. This conclusion is further evidenced by solid click-through percentages and good levels of impressions garnered by the remaining digital placements, which has meant we’re still getting inquiries and interest well after the event’s close.”

Results

The campaign helped the dealership finish second in its area for new and used Suzuki car sales during the event period – with 23 new and 14 used vehicles sold. Engagement rates exceeded 9% on social and the homepage takeover of Surrey Live had a total of 4.4k combined impressions. Enquiries have continued post-event and Town & Country praised the campaign for its effectiveness.
