Located in central London, our newly refurbished space is perfect for small conferences, large meetings, workshops, launch nights or networking events. The venue has a large auditorium seating up to 150 delegates, a smaller training room, and a large networking space.

Great for small conferences for up to 120 people. The room is complete with AV and furniture and we can accommodate any additional needs. There is a minimum hire of 3 hours, including set up and breakdown.

Room Costs

IAB Members:

£400+VAT per hour, £2500+VAT per day (8 hours)

Non Members:

£500+VAT per hour, £3000+VAT per day (8 hours)

For out of hours (after 6pm) there is an additional £50 charge per hour

Training Room

Training Room

Great for small workshops, meetings or breakout sessions. It’s a comfortable room with a tea/coffee station for your delegates. This room can be set up workshop, boardroom or theatre style. There's a minimum hire 3 hours, including set-up and breakdown.

Capacity: 32 - workshop style, 50 - theatre style or 25 - boardroom style

£225+VAT per hour, £1500+VAT per day (8 hours)

IAB Non-Members:

£275+VAT per hour, £1900+VAT per day (8 hours)
