IAB Performance Marketing Advisory Group - Publisher Standards Charter

The Performance Marketing Advisory Group has produced its Publisher Standards Charter (PST) to balance the existing Advertiser Standards Charter (formerly the Ethical Merchant Charter) and ensure transparent and fare trading practice between advertisers and publishers across the Affiliate Eco-system.

The group outlines best working practices, such as ensuring advertiser campaign parameters are consistently met - eg timing, pricing etc - and includes a duty of care to consumers.

Publishers are expected to adhere to the Charter and some networks may also include the requirements of the Charter within their own terms & conditions.

With thanks to members of the Performance Marketing Advisory Group and its Legislation & Standards Committee which contributed to this document and in particular Eitan Jankelewitz, of Law Firm Sheridans, who drafted this Charter.
