Speaker submissions for IAB Debrief 2025 are now open - here’s how you can take to the Debrief stage this November 


Speaker submissions are now open for IAB Debrief 2025, coming to The Conduit for the first time on Tuesday 11 November, 08:30 - 12:00. This morning event is all about celebrating campaigns that didn’t play it safe - the ones that pushed boundaries, delivered results, and showed what digital can really do. Join a room full of marketers and agencies to share work that inspires, challenges and sparks new ideas - and take your story to the Debrief stage. 

Last year, IAB UK members were joined by their advertising clients to share standout work from Anchor Butter, Autotrader, giffgaff, the NHS and TENA Men, showing how unique creative ideas and smart use of digital channels delivered results and sparked real inspiration. Speaker submissions are now open for any IAB UK member to propose a session for 2025 and here’s how: 

What we’re looking for 

We want sessions that inspire and inform - not just impress. Your session should: 

  • Focus on a real campaign with measurable impact 

  • Be co-presented with your client - a brand marketer must be on stage, so confirm they’re happy to speak before submitting 

  • Cover the full journey - brief, challenge, execution, results 

  • Bring it to life - include creative, visual or audio elements to showcase the campaign 

What to avoid 

  • Sales pitches - this isn’t about selling your services, it’s about showcasing innovation and effectiveness 

  • Recycled content - we’re looking for original case studies that haven’t already done the rounds  

  • Death by PowerPoint - keep slides minimal; focus on showing the work creatively 

  • Panel overload - consider formats that reflect the creativity of the campaign 

  • Long sessions - you’ll have 10–15 minutes to inspire, so keep it punchy 

Things to include in your submission 

  • The brand and campaign you’ll cover 

  • Key takeaways - what the audience will learn and take away 

  • How the session will make people feel 

  • Any exclusive content or reveals 

  • Links or examples to support your idea 

  • Confirmation that your brand speaker is happy to appear on stage

  • Submissions will close on Wednesday 24 September 2025
