“In diversity there is beauty and there is strength”, said Maya Angelou. Building a strong, sustainable, and beautiful, digital advertising industry is a priority for the IAB. In this episode we focus on Diversity, Equality and Inclusion. For the roundtable, James is joined by Sarah Barnes, People & Culture Director at Bauer, and Rak Patel, Head of Sales at Spotify, while the IAB’s Jane McNeill and Sophia Amin give an update on the work that the IAB is doing on ID&E, including our Diversity Hub.
