First All In Champions named including IAB UK

Posted on Wednesday 15 June 2022 | IAB UK

All In, which has been created to build a more inclusive advertising industry, has named its first raft of champions - companies that are upholding its principles

IAB UK has been named as an All In Champion, alongside companies including Google, PHD, Dentsu, P&G and TikTok. All In Champions can evidence that they are upholding the work instigated by All In and have adopted the first six actions in the All In action plan.

Last week, All In announced its three new areas of action: mental health, LGBTQ+ and physical disability. These focuses have been developed by the Advertising Association’s Inclusion Working Group, industry groups NABS and Outvertising, and industry professionals with relevant lived experience. They join existing actions on improving the experience and representation of women, black and Asian talent, disabled talent, working class talent and older talent.

All In was created by the Advertising Association, IPA and ISBA to build a workplace where everyone feels they belong. The nine steps of the Action Plan have been shaped by data from the All In Census, which saw 16,000 advertising professionals take part. The census will be repeated in March 2023 and then every two years to track progress.
