With the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) having last month resumed its work relating to data protection compliance in ad tech and real-time bidding, what does it mean for the industry and your company? At this member-only briefing, hear from Anulka Clarke, the ICO’s Director of Regulatory Assurance. Anulka will explain how the ICO’s focus is shifting to data management platforms and data brokers, what the next phase in the ICO’s action entails, and what to expect from the ICO over the coming months as it undertakes a series of audits.
