The Gold Standard is run by IAB UK and is an essential industry initiative that works to reduce ad fraud, uphold brand safety, improve the user experience, and help compliance with GDPR e-privacy law. Having first launched in 2017, the Gold Standard continues to evolve to ensure it keeps pace with industry challenges and is now part of the Government-led Online Advertising Taskforce – making cross-industry support for it more vital than ever.
In this virtual session – open to members of fellow industry trade bodies, as well as IAB UK members – you will get a 101 explainer on how the Gold Standard works, who can be certified, how advertisers can actively support it and how we are expanding the remit of the Gold Standard to newer and emerging channels.
