Ecommerce without limits?

From tailored recommendations to augmented reality, and delayed payment to in-ad purchasing, ecommerce has become much more than just buying online. But is this creating a shopper’s paradise or rampant consumerism?

In this debate, we’ll look at points of view from our members about whether innovations in ecommerce goes too far, or don’t go far enough. Should an AI chatbot inform our purchasing decisions or do consumers really want more opportunity to curate their own choices? How can technology help overcome the overwhelming shopping experience when all you want is another pair of jeans? And is all this innovation to the benefit or the detriment of the high street?

Join Alex Springer, Regional VP EMEA - Sales and Solutions Architect at Impact, Cassandra Stevens, Global Head of Commerce at Publicis, Alex Wright Global Insight Director at Blis & Alex Hamilton, Head of Innovation, Isobar, for short 5 minute presentations followed by a Q&A moderated by the IAB.
