His work focuses on driving innovation through data products while championing ethical approaches to technology in advertising. A thought leader in the field, he has lectured at Bayes Business School on AI in media and delivered a keynote on AI and gender equality alongside UN Women UK.

Managing Director, Advertising, Immediate MediaAs MD of Advertising, Cath Waller oversees all advertising at Immediate, across direct digital, programmatic, social, video, audio, partnerships and print platforms. Cath has been at Immediate since its inception in 2011, where she ran the Specialist portfolio revenues. She subsequently launched and ran Immediate’s multi-award winning Imagine content studio, before becoming MD in 2023. Cath started out in media and digital advertising in 2000 at tech start up silicon.com and has also held digital advertising leadership positions at CNET Networks (now CNET Media Group) and emap.
