Presenter Tina Daheley to headline Engage 2019

Daheley joins a stellar line-up of speakers from companies including Snap Inc., Google, The Telegraph and Spotify at IAB UK’s 15th annual Engage event.

Returning to the Barbican on Wednesday 5 June, Engage’s packed agenda promises to inspire, entertain and celebrate digital innovation in all its forms.

With her career to date spanning Radio 1’s Breakfast Show, Woman’s Hour and BBC News, Daheley has been hailed as “smashing the newsreader stereotype”. She joins a raft of great Engage speakers including Trans Activist and Founder of Nail Transphobia Charlie Craggs, Manning Gottlieb OMD’s Managing Director Natalie Bell and Google Creative Lab’s Team Lead Emma Turpin.

Last year, Engage saw more than 1000 people from all areas of the industry come through the doors of the Barbican to learn, get involved and network.

“With over 700 advertisers and agencies attending, Engage is a brilliant opportunity to make connections, share ideas and shake up your creative thinking,” says IAB UK’s CMO James Chandler.

“This year, our speakers encapsulate how people and companies are harnessing digital to break down barriers, challenge the status quo and bring about change. From Campaigner Caroline Criado Perez, to Trans Activist Charlie Craggs to Quantcast’s Dr Peter Day, it promises to be a day packed with powerful stories.”
