IAB announces Celtra’s Lolly Mason as new Mobile Steering Group Chair

The IAB is pleased to announce Lolly Mason, Vice President, Media Partnerships EMEA at Celtra, as the new chair of the IAB Mobile Steering Group (MSG).


Lolly has almost 20 years experience in advertising and specialises in working with publishers: advising on optimising ad propositions, site monetisation, and cross media sponsorships.

We’re delighted to have Lolly on board to chair the Mobile Steering Group, which aims to inspire the industry about the unique opportunities that exist in mobile advertising, and the benefits to be gained by harnessing data, and embracing creativity.

Here’s what Lolly had to say about her appointment…

"I’m really excited to take on the role of Chair of the Mobile Steering Group and the opportunity this brings to work closely with the IAB and MSG. Digital advertising has reached an interesting stage in its evolution; we’re in a much-needed phase of reflection and there is now a strong and essential focus on improving quality, not just in terms of providing ‘clean’ audience and inventory, but also in creating a genuinely positive experience for users and a more exciting environment in which brands can communicate with their audiences.

I look forward to working with the MSG at a time when we must play a vital role in navigating the mobile ad industry through these challenges, at the same time as embracing the IAB’s focus on moving our industry narrative away from self-criticism only and towards championing our value, creativity, and ingenuity."
