Phil is a Chartered Management Accountant who joined the Internet Advertising Bureau as Finance Manager in 2009, becoming Head of Finance in 2011 and Finance Director in 2013.

Phil oversees all financial aspects of the running of the IAB, ensuring the company is able to achieve its key strategic objectives.

His role is to control the company’s accounting function and oversee strategic financial planning.

He is responsible for formulating financial targets and budgets, overseeing cash flow and credit control, and providing financial data to aid the decision making process.

Phil is also responsible for preparing the annual accounts and ensuring all statutory reporting and auditing requirements are met.

Prior to the IAB, Phil worked at Global Radio and Talkback Television, on programmes such as Green Wing and Smack The Pony.
