Water Plus is a business water retailer that provides billing, account management, customer service, water efficiency advice and lots more for businesses of all sizes across the UK. It employs around 400 people and has more than 350,000 customers.
Water Plus is a joint venture between two of the UK’s FTSE 100-listed water companies: United Utilities and Severn Trent.
In the new water market in England, which opened at the start of April 2017, water wholesale companies – such as Severn Trent and United Utilities – continue to manage the water supply and wastewater network, but billing and customer services are now provided by a business water retailer.
