Audience-first insights are essential for our growth and development as a company, and for the businesses that advertise across our platforms. We conducted new research with YouGov to hear directly from disabled communities about how businesses can continue to work towards improving inclusivity and accessibility for all.

We found that less than a quarter of disabled audiences in EMEA feel fully represented in online advertising and content, with more than 1 in 3 believing that online advertising isn’t created with their needs in mind. Our respondents also said that brands have the biggest role to play in influencing inclusivity and representation online. And this creates opportunities: 42% said they prefer to buy from brands that promote diversity and inclusion in their online advertising.
