Head of Programmatic, Zoom Media UKMegan Bogatzki is heading up the Programmatic Division across Zoom Media UK and their DOOH arm Amped.
Megan has been making her mark in programmatic advertising since the very start of her career. Starting off at Smartology, a machine learning adtech startup, followed by Cavai where she played a key role in building the company's client success offering.
At Zoom Media, she works closely with leadership and built the Programmatic Division from the ground up, with a strategic focus on sales, and has since grown it into a core part of the business's commercial proposition. Another major milestone includes building out Amped: Zoom Media's programmatic DOOH platform targeting fitness, health and wellness audiences.

He was the first employee in EMEA and initially spearheaded the business launch across multiple markets before leading his home market as it matured and grew rapidly to become the leading full stack platform for OOH. Utilising 25 years experience across agency and commercial leadership roles, Lee builds and develops demand and supply side partnerships, driving revenue across these programmatic DOOH ecosystems that Perion are at the forefront of growing.
