Advertiser criteria

Manufacturers and service companies with UK operations and a turnover of more than £50million who advertise. Companies that derive significant online advertising on one or more of their sites do not qualify for free places. If a company is an internet support service (for example- a software developer or technology provider) then they also do not qualify for free places

Payments and cancellations

• Full payment must be received at least 5 working days prior to event for entry to be guaranteed.
• Full payment is due on receipt of e-invoice, if cancellation is made less than 5 working days of the event the full amount of e-invoice will be outstanding.
• Cancellations may be made by email, post or fax.
• Failure to attend the event without prior written notification five working days before the event inclusive will be subject to the full booking fee.
• Substitutions of delegates from the same company may always be made with no additional charge subject to IAB approval. Written notification is required via email.
• In the event of unforeseeable circumstances (force majeure) to cancel this event, all conference fees will be returned but no additional expenses incurred.
• The IAB reserves the right to change details of the programme.
